Senator Katie Boyd Britt(@SenKatieBritt):Today, the Senate confirmed an outstanding U.S. District Judge and Alabama-native, Kasdin Miller Mitchell. While her resume speaks for itself, I’ve experienced Kasdin’s integrity, class, grit, and intellect firsthand for over twenty years. I’ve always believed that Kasdin would serve our nation in some capacity—her passion for serving those around her is evident in all that she does. I know without a shadow of a doubt, she will serve the state of Texas and our nation exceptionally well and with the utmost distinction. I’m honored to know her and was proud to vote to confirm her today. Congratulations, Kasdin!
