Nearer dates: Diablo IV’s anniversary season on the 15th. WoW Forever beta September 17, launch November 4. A new Warcraft III campaign shipped today. Heroes of the Storm gets Xal’atath on the 28th. A Diablo animated series is in development at Netflix. That’s all they said on it. The stage line was “we’re so back.” Half of this is three and four years away. That’s a show, not a drop. The stuff you can touch soon is a season, a vanilla-era mode, and campaign DLC. The big logos are still on the far side of the decade. Trust the dates. Not the chant.
