Sepreth(@Sepreth):Alliance Arts canceled the public demo for Drunken Goddess Reflux. The studio said it cannot currently manage the restrictions it planned on posting and streaming gameplay footage. It is also worried that AI tools could copy the demo’s look and gameplay and put out imitations before the full game releases. Instead of a public demo, Alliance Arts will run closed online play sessions for a limited number of people who agree to the streaming rules in advance. The sessions are being organized through the game’s official Discord. A public demo is off the table. The studio is only letting people play it under controlled conditions.
