Orthrus (also called Orthus or Orthros) was Cerberus’ two-headed brother in Greek mythology—the lesser-known, still-scary sibling from the same monstrous parents.
According to Hesiod, Orthrus also fathered the Sphinx and the Nemean Lion (details on the mother vary).
