Margus Tsahkna(@Tsahkna):Sea routes keep the world connected, fed and powered. Threats to them affect us all, from the Baltic Sea to the Strait of Hormuz and the South China Sea. At #UNGA81, I co-hosted a maritime security event with the Netherlands, the Philippines, Japan and the EU. We pushed for stronger cooperation to protect undersea infrastructure, counter Russia’s shadow fleet and uphold freedom of navigation. Safe seas depend on international law being respected everywhere.
