花了很久看完 Anthropic 那篇关于 2028 AI leadership 的文章，看得我挺难受。
Anthropic 一直对中国 AI 带着很强的敌视和警惕，这篇文章里几乎把 AI 完全放进了冷战和国家竞争叙事里。
他们讨论的已经不只是模型和技术，而是谁拥有更多 GPU、电力、数据中心，谁能限制另一个国家获得先进芯片。
一直强调 AI safety 的 Anthropic，已经走向了“必须确保美国和盟友掌握最强 AI”的逻辑。
感觉 AI 行业正在越来越快地走向“新冷战时代”。
