BIS chief says stablecoins (which are backed 1-1 by short term t bills and cash equivalents) are not suitable for payments at scale. Somehow tokenized bank deposits (which are backed by fractional reserve banking and under collateralized) are suitable. Make this make sense 🤣🤔 I’ll wait
