Meanwhile, Instagram’s customer support is awful, their reporting process has been hijacked by bad actors and they have no active dialogue with users. TikTok’s rules are insane and getting banned is a routine experience. To YouTube’s credit, they are starting to get better at this but no one has been better at it than 𝕏. Platforms that are responsive to their users will survive, the others will die.
