If we're lucky, we get it through sometime next year, second half of the year maybe…
Now, with regards to whether the assumed failure good or not, the way I see it is this: Given that it's all but guaranteed it's not going to pass, this innovation exemption for tokenization and exemptions other sectors is extremely positive. It gives us something to be excited about and bullish on, rather than all moping and being bearish about CLARITY failing.
Bullish innovation exemptions in a bull market sounds great to me.
