Family friendly walkability is very different!

@TPCarney We moved from a neighborhood where I could walk to a coffee shop and a grocery store, but no kids walked anywhere to a more suburban neighborhood where the kids walk or ride their bikes to school and there is a park and several nature trails. I highly prefer the latter.
