Bryan Johnson(@bryan_johnson):My son Jefferson inspired me to try and dunk. At age 18, Jefferson decided that he was going to dunk. He'd been following Ben Patrick's @kneeovertoesguy protocol. I reached out to Ben and he generously came to the house and gave Jefferson a lesson. He then continued to coach him. Ben is a great guy. Jefferson put in the hard work and now makes dunking look easy. It bring me so much joy to see him do this.
