But Oliver Wyman Global Anti-Financial Crime Leader @dantannNYC tells @EenaRuffini and @davidgura, “it is illegal to import Russian diesel… and this OFAC license to buy Russian diesel doesn't overtake that. So there is a question that, technically, customs should be turning away this vessel when it shows up in the US unless they do something to try and bypass it.”
