Tomasz Kosowski may have made a good point in his cross-examination. He wanted to take the gorilla cart and ask for a volunteer who is approx. 195 lbs to get in the cart and then lift the cart with the person onto the desk in the courtroom. Prosecutor objects. Tomasz says the theory is he took a 195 lb man in a cart and somehow lifted it into the back of the truck. He points to the witness: "He's telling you I committed murder." Then he points to the prosecutor: "And he's trying to kill me for it." He says the state's theory is that he lifted a 195lb man and a cart into the back of a pickup truck by himself.
