garry tan (yc’s president & ceo) just published a free github repo with 127k stars that basically hands you his exact claude code workflow
how to get it running:
1. run the setup script, it auto-detects claude code, codex, kiro, factory, or opencode
2. type /plan and you instantly get the ceo → design → eng review chain in a single command
3. type /ship and it spins up the pr and, once merged, auto-closes the github issue
