There’re accounts here that I know irl, worth >$10m with <5k followers, worth >$100m with <500 followers.
There’re also accounts here with >50k followers but <$100k to their name. Almost always a result of lifestyle inflation or overextension. These are accounts you know very well.
I.e. social validation is a terrible metric to gauge someone’s competence.
