Gary Vaynerchuk(@garyvee):Getting fired may lead to a job that is more enjoyable and pays you more. We treat adversity, being ghosted, dumped, rejected, or fired - as if it is automatically the worst thing that can happen. Usually, it becomes the event that forces us toward a better situation we would never have chosen voluntarily. Jobs will continue to exist. One employer's decision is not the end of your career. You do not need to pretend losing a job feels good. But do not confuse a painful moment with a permanent outcome. Sometimes the door closing is what moves you forward.
