Managed to increase WiFi download speed by 18X (!) with help from Claude
Old setup:
- Google Mesh
- Ancient D Link switch that apparently was capped at a lower speed than I was paying our provider for
- Poor connection, lag
New setup:
- Ubiquiti Unifi equipment - Cloud Gateway, new switch, 3x UP7 access points
- Claude to optimize setup
Wireless now:
Actually measures 200/200
Did not think that was even possible.
Cost of hardware: €600
Installation time: 2 hours
