GitHub’s new stacked PR experience is fantastic. The biggest issue, though, is the CI load. It would be great if there were a way to skip CI for intermediate PRs in the stack. For a large project like Rspack, rebasing a stack and rerunning CI for every PR puts enormous pressure on the CI infrastructure.
