Alone 🇳🇬(@hivorra):I honestly don't know why you guys can't last over 30 mins without external influence. I last up to 1hr without even taking any drug or substance. I eat good food, exercise and drink a lot of water. I also avoid sugar a lot. And, yes, I beat my meat sometimes and I still last over 30 mins
