Coming from a lot of very large companies I think it’s much more important to break analysis paralysis at the risk of bad decisions—which can be corrected. In fact I would go so far as to say he could make the wrong call more often than not and it would still be better than no decision for months/years which happens all the time. It results in unhappy people, that’s the cost of doing business.
