This is HUGE The Supreme Court ruled on Mirabelli v. Bonta in a very similar case in the parents’ favor, however they sent the case back down to the Ninth Circuit and did not fully decide the whole case. They only lifted the hold on blocking the policy, allowing the blocking of the policy to take effect. Will be very interesting to see how this plays out.
