did an experiment: took 10 startups and searched their exact category in chatgpt, perplexity, and claude
8 out of 10 didnt show up in any of them
then we looked at the products that DID show up
every single one had blog content specifically written to answer the questions these AI models get asked
it isnt even just seo. like a good amount of the stuff getting cited isnt even top 10 on google. its down to the format.
