According to court documents, Nieves Acosta Maldanado a "WHITE MALE" admitted to throwing his own baby, Ethan, head-first into a crib, dropping him, and SHAKING him until he stopped crying.
The boy, 8-month-old Ethan Mato Acosta-Palos, sadly did not survive and passed away in the hospital 3 days later from his injuries
