🚨#BREAKING#: A permit to demolish a residential home and build a 3,000 square foot mosque just outside of Charlotte NC, has been DENIED by the County Council.
"Arafath Mohammad" did not inform any neighbors of his plan to build a mosque when he purchased the home.
Residents stormed the council hearing saying:
“Islam is not a religion, it’s a takeover,” said a Lancaster County resident opposed to the project.
“We do not want Sharia law in this area,” said another Lancaster County resident.
After 2 HOURS of residents voicing their opposition, the council unanimously denied the permit.
