People actually use apartment amenities?
Living in LIC, New York is crazy. You get:
> an arcade
> a sky lounge
> pickleball courts
> pools
> a hot tub & sauna
> a fire pit
> movie theaters
> barbecue places
> a public transportation monitor
> a gym
> podcast rooms
...
All in one building with an apartment for only $4k USD/month.
