Of these, about 365 SPACs (38%) failed to find a merger partner and liquidated.
Additionally, 277 SPACs (32%) liquidated by mid-202
Of the remaining 318, only 39 are still “alive”
Of the 39 only 11 are over their SPAC valuation.
