Nick Vasilescu(@nickvasiles):talked to a client today and he's porting skills from Claude to Cursor to Grok Bot and it hit me how broken this is every harness has its own skill format, prompting conventions, tool definitions. nothing is compatible. you build something that works beautifully in one harness and then you move to another and you're rewriting half of it skills should be portable. the agent's learned behaviors, workflows, memory structures... none of that should be locked to one harness we're in the "every browser needs its own website" phase of agents right now this gets solved eventually. but right now builders are eating the cost
