Nikunj Kothari(@nikunj):Jokingly thinking of starting a new cloud kitchen called “next day curry”.. Where I order the best curries, store it overnight and serve it the next day. Saying this as I devour my leftover Manchurian. Have the exact same experience with Ramen, Indian food, Thai curry and others. Might be blasphemous to the purists but they taste so much better!
