Nirosha J. Murugan(@niroshajmurugan):Hot take: Biology is expanding from a science of biochemistry into a science of energy. One that takes the "invisible" fields & forces seriously that shape biological information, communication, and the innate intelligence of living systems. Let us enter this new era with humility, knowing object and process hold equal footing in the game of life. 🎥From our lab by Cooper Kansala: Electrical stimulation evokes activity (blue) that spreads in coordinated waves across a network of rat cortical neurons.
