Arbitrum made the right call on seizing the 31K ETH
As goes the saying - finder's keepers - I would expect Arbitrum users to be made 100% whole, and others to now bear the brunt
The odds of losses being concentrated on Aave mainnet pools just went up substantially, as did the odds of this taking quarters/years to sort out
The expected legal bill also went up
