Congressman Gabe Evans(@repgabeevans):417–3. Wednesday night Republicans AND Democrats came together to say families shouldn’t be stuck paying for the massive energy needs of data centers. Not even 24 hours later, Senate Democrats blocked my bipartisan Ratepayer Protection Act from moving forward in the Senate. Data centers should pay for the infrastructure they need — not hardworking Americans. Senate Democrats need to get out of the way and let us lower costs for American families.
