The Bank of England is now explicitly talking about tokenised collateral moving almost instantly between firms and jurisdictions.
That’s the unlock.
Take something like physical Silver sitting in a vault.
Put the ownership onchain.
Suddenly it can live inside a 24/7 financial system.
Trade it.
Borrow against it.
Move collateral instantly.
Real assets meet DeFi.
