Global customers don't want to work with you because they don't trust Indian laws/courts. 5. Government officials keep asking you for bribes for anything and everything. 6. If you raise a complaint against any of this, the government doesn't even care to respond. But sure, it must be the entrepreneur's fault that India is losing the tech battle.
