i have a friend when we get together who constantly just talks about getting promoted at his job, & what he needs to do this cycle or that cycle to get a promo to director. pretty nuts to always have this as a background process in your mind. like what terrible use of your personal cognition & bandwidth.
the only way to get out of this weird grind & never stand in this line is to create & create well on the outside (companies / content or both).
