Ukrainian drones hit the Ryazan Oil Refinery overnight, knocking out three processing units (AVT-3, AVT-4, AT-6) and the diesel hydrotreating line. Ryazan sits roughly 180 kilometers southeast of Moscow, which makes this one of the deeper infrastructure strikes of the war. On the ground, Ukrainian forces also hit a command post near Pokrovsk, a UAV control node in Grafske, a military equipment hangar in Selydove, and an MTS warehouse in Baranivka. Russia is losing refining capacity and forward command infrastructure at the same time, and neither problem has a quick fix.
