The deal converts a June LOI into definitive agreements and also includes an expansion agreement. Blockfusion is converting a former power plant into high-density, liquid-cooled AI infrastructure powered predominantly by hydroelectric energy, with existing grid interconnection and redundant fiber already in place. The site is also tied to Blockfusion’s planned merger with Blue Acquisition Corp. $BACC, which would take the combined company public on Nasdaq under the ticker $BDI if completed.
