We're going through the refund process and will have it sorted within the next week. We're also committing to long-term support for the platform. Servers, indexer, marketplace, all of it. This is expensive, but all the funds collected will go towards building a strong ecosystem on Zcash. $ZECS, $ZERO and other ZRC-20 will always have a home to trade.
