TODAY IN FRAUD: 12 Ghost Daycare Operators Charged in San Diego
👉Millions of taxpayer dollars went to these daycares.
👉But based on the allegations, the daycares were fake.
👉12 defendants have been charged with federal felony offenses and will be held accountable.
