ANI(@ANI):Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu | Former Tamil Nadu BJP president and 'We The Leaders' movement founder K. Annamalai says, "Vijay does not need to prove his popularity. Thousands of people gather to see him wherever he visits. There is no need for TVK members to demonstrate that their leader is popular. There is no need to impose such restrictions repeatedly. Provide basic security and allow people to carry on with their normal lives, and the Chief Minister should set a personal example. I urge him to meet people directly, receive their petitions and dedicate a full day to addressing public grievances rather than interacting with crowds from atop a vehicle or merely waving to them."
