many of us here see through the fear-mongering, but:
normies are actually getting scared of AI!
the big labs, media, politicians, etc are succeeding at scaring them.
AI will be a HUGE topic in elections going forward. and being anti-AI will be the winning side in many (most?) countries.
this will make those countries uncompetitive and stagnant. (but most people won’t connect the dots after the fact)
countries that succeed at getting a POSITIVE sentiment around AI will win.
based on everything I’ve seen, those countries will not be the developed Western nations.
the next few years will be very interesting.
