Thank you @SamsonCrouppen for breaking this down. @TheOfficerTatum built his whole brand selling Black pain and Black trauma as entertainment for white fragility. He packages our atrocities - our deaths, our struggles, our generational wounds - and serves them up to people who want permission to look away from accountability. That's the business model. That's the bag he chases. And the sad part? He does it with a Black face, so they feel comfortable consuming it. It gives the whole thing a stamp of approval it was never supposed to have. "See, even HE said it." That's the product. That's what gets the clicks, the speaking gigs, and the book deals. We see you, Tatum. The community sees you. Tag every person who needs to understand what's really going on here. Let them watch, let them think, and let them decide what side of history they want to stand on. #BrandonTatum# #BlackCommunity# #StayWoke# #BlackExcellence# #BlackTwitter# #SpeakUp# #BlackVoices# #AccountabilityMatters# #WeSeYou# #BlackConsciousness# #KnowYourWorth# #ProtectBlackPeople# #BlackUnity# #WakeUp# #BlackMedia#
