FAUCI 2012 EMAIL calling for destruction of government records appears to fall outside the Biden Pardon window (for actions between 2014-JAN 2025)

There are two statutes that criminalize the destruction of government records, 18 U.S.C. § 2071 and 18 U.S.C. § 1519

SCOOP: Emails I obtained show Fauci again asking an aide to delete an email in violation of federal law.
"PLEASE DELETE THIS EMAIL THEN DELETE FROM THE DELETED FILE," Fauci wrote.
The emails involve Fauci's infamous 2011 op-ed defending gain-of-function research despite the risk it would cause a pandemic: "A FLU RISK WORTH TAKING."
Fauci griped about two New York Times op-eds that presciently warned gain-of-function research could lead to DOOMSDAY. He was rattled by the op-ed saying he was risking the NIH's reputation.
Fauci has been caught ordering the deletion of federal records twice before, despite testifying under oath he never did.
