U.S. 395 southbound at North Fish Springs Road, south of Big Pine, is OPEN.🟢The roadway was previously closed due to smoke and thunderstrikes that caused new fire activity north of the #RockFire#. CAL FIRE has named this new fire activity the Cinder Complex.
