Recommending a transmission flush at 30k miles because that's what the menu says isn't a solid strategy. Nolan Armpriester, General Manager at Twin Pine Ford of Hamburg, says menu-based service recommendations are becoming a liability as factory service intervals have shifted dramatically over the last decade. Armpriester joins the show to explain why that gap is creating real problems in the service lane.
