It’s more accurate to say the entire post-WW2 governance has been a technocracy that made little distinction between taxpayer and billionaire funds. George Soros sticks out because he was a once-in-century visionary, just like Steve Jobs sticks out among Big Tech CEOs. His son Alex is much more mediocre.
