The constitutional vote for @arbitrum's ArbOS61 Elara Upgrade is live.
Mainly, it:
- Increases the code size limit to 96 KB for Stylus smart contracts
- Allows @Offchain to modify the minimum L2 base fee between 0.01 and 0.10 gwei
- Doesn't activate Dynamic Pricing (see third tweet for more info)
With two days remaining, it has received 171M votes, while the quorum is set at 187M.
