Utah Highway Patrol says troopers, a sheriff's deputy and medical personnel were already responding to a rollover when another vehicle slammed into patrol cars at the scene. Moments later, a third vehicle lost control and rolled in the southbound lanes. Those injured were taken to a nearby hospital, according to authorities.
