One of my many 2020 posts signaling docs that they are the deciding factor how an approved drug is to be used, not the CDC, FDA, or any other health agency. Poetic justification was served on a platter when @MaryBowdenMD @RobertApter1 and @drpaulmarik1 sued the FDA and won. The sad part is how many needlessly d*ed as a result of their negligence.

They do not have authority to determine use of an approved medication. They may only change labeling but not direct prescribing directives! If a physician doesn’t know that already, they’ve failed.
