Some of tax holidays are large: Ohio, for example, is about to suspend a ~40 cents per gallon state tax on gas and diesel. Other states are using dyed diesel as a way to offer tax relief, including Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri, Alabama, Nebraska and Louisiana.
