BREAKING: Meta, $META, has been ordered to pay $25 billion in penalties by a New Mexico court as part of a data privacy case stemming from the company’s Cambridge Analytica scandal.
The penalty comes after a jury found Meta liable for misleading people about how it safeguards and collects user data.
